Where is our progress?
Open Reading or NumberQuest in the browser and on the device where you played. The two games keep separate local saves. If you have exported a backup, import it through that adventure’s grown-up area. We cannot recover a local save that was removed and was never backed up.
ChoreQuest uses online household records. Check that you are signed into the correct household or that a grown-up has paired the child’s device.
Delete an account or family information
ChoreQuest: sign in as the household owner and use the household’s data/export and deletion controls. Export anything you need first. Deal with owned households before deleting the adult account. A child’s access can be revoked through device and household management.
If you cannot sign in or need assistance: email [email protected] with a data deletion request from the parent account email where possible. Say whether you want an adult account, a household or a child’s information deleted. We will verify the request before acting. This is a request route, not an automatic deletion button.
Reading and NumberQuest: reset the relevant local profile or clear the adventure’s website data in your browser. Delete any exported backup files separately. Clearing device storage does not delete ChoreQuest’s server records.
See the retention explanation for any lawful retention, pseudonymised references and backup expiry that may apply.
iPhone and Android
The combined app is in preparation and is not yet listed in the App Store or Google Play. For now, use the adventures in a browser and add this hub to your home screen if helpful. Store availability will be announced here when there is a released app to download.
